Today, Root3 is releasing the Support app for macOS Big Sur, providing users and IT departments with quick access to diagnostic information and shortcuts to company resources. The Support app is highly customizable and can seamlessly integrate with the organization’s branding, including logos and colors. This can be achieved through a configuration profile via an MDM solution such as Jamf Pro, MobileIron, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), etc.

The app is developed using the SwiftUI framework, the most modern interface for macOS, and utilizes SF Symbols. Of course, the app is fully optimized to run natively on Apple Silicon. The app is available for download starting today and is free of charge.
